Helloooooo CAMPERS! Well, it is that time of year again where we start to get ready for our annual Summer Camp week in the Adirondacks! Yes, in only a few short weeks, Troop 1 Katonah will make our yearly trek to the outstanding Curtis S. Read Scout Reservation in Brant Lake, New York. And this year, we have a whopping 22 boys and 6 adults going! Our Cimarron campsite at Camp Buckskin will be bursting with activity and we will all have another outstanding week of Scouting and fun activities including swimming, zip line, cope courses, rock climbing walls, Mt. Stevens , cardboard boat races, pie eating contests, Waubeeka caves, horseback riding, Troop shoots, and so much more. So, a few reminders. Parents, it is very important for you to read the Parents Guide that was given to your son in order for him to have as good a time as he should and not be disapointed that he forgot something.
